One of the key elements to our first stage of growth is the development of market gardens. We have employed two systems of food production that we believe are regenerative and productive.

Our first mixed crop system is supplying our farm gate and local restaurants with interesting niche produce that we hope will inspire and educate customers on new and emerging produce options. Current harvests of warrigal greens, okinawa spinach, got kola and celiosa are well received for their favour and nutrient profiles and how they present in dishes.

The syntropic system will look at short and long term produce including medicinals, herbs, annuals, perennials, fruit and nuts. A succession of harvest seasons will see an eventual orchard consisting of citrus, jack fruit, avocados, papaya, tamarillos and some wonderful exotics.
